Cheryl Kempenich has been a licensed real estate professional since 1984, building a career defined by deep local knowledge, personal service, and an unmatched track record in the Chisago Lakes Area.

Before focusing on real estate sales, Cheryl spent 15 years building and remodeling custom homes in the Twin Cities area alongside her husband Randy. That hands-on construction background — combined with her credentials as an interior designer and certified kitchen and bath designer — gives her a perspective on homes that most agents simply don't have.

Cheryl has helped hundreds of seniors downsize, specializes in condominiums and townhomes, and has managed investment property for over 20 years. She mentors and trains new agents, has managed a team for 15 years, and has been trusted to represent banks, builders, attorneys, developers, investment groups, and association managers. Her expertise spans upper-bracket homes, lakeshore properties, new construction, land, and foreclosures.

She is a licensed Realtor in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, and a longtime member of the Chisago Lakes community — owner of the Lindstrom Office Center, land in Chisago City, and a lake home on Green Lake.
